LICENSE AGREEMENT If you have paid us in full, you have the Rights to use the Products. You agree that the Rights to use the Products have been granted only to you. You agree not to transfer, assign or sublicense your Rights to use the Products, or the photographs, video or other media contained therein, to anyone without written permission of story's.
Your Rights permit you use our photographs, videos and other media for marketing purposes including listing services. However, your Rights do not permit third-parties to copy, display or distribute our work for the purpose of providing services competitive with our Products unless we give you our written permission. For real estate, these rights are valid indefinitely, so long as you have the listing. If you no longer have the listing, you are giving up the rights to use the Products. We reserve the right to license all products and photo's to third parties as we deem appropriate.
If anyone asks you for any of your Rights to the Products, you agree to refer them to us. If we agree to allow others to use the Products an additional licensing fee may be required. We agree not to use the Products in a way that interferes with your Rights.
CANCELLATION Any shoot cancelled within 24 hours of a booked appointment may be subject to a �????????????�???????????�??????????�?????????�????????�???????�??????�?????�????�???�??�?�£50 Cancellation Fee unless due to inclement weather such as rainfall or snowfall (cloudy days are not considered inclement weather). If a home is not photo-ready, it will be considered a cancellation, or photographed as-is.
At The Shoot The Client is responsible for the presence of an authorized representative at the shoot to approve the Photographer�???????????�??????????�?????????�????????�???????�??????�?????�????�???�??�?�¢??s interpretation of the project. If a Client or representative is not present, the Photographer�???????????�??????????�?????????�????????�???????�??????�?????�????�???�??�?�¢??s interpretation shall be deemed acceptable. We will make a reasonable effort to remove litter, stray objects, etc. from the rooms; however please note that this does not include things like making beds or arranging furniture. Agents are expected to have the property staging and cleaning completed prior to the photo shoot. All properties will be shot �???????????�??????????�?????????�????????�???????�??????�?????�????�???�??�?�¢??As Is.�???????????�??????????�?????????�????????�???????�??????�?????�????�???�??�?�¢?�???????????�??????????�?????????�????????�???????�??????�?????�????�???�??�?� If you have a specific preference, your input is important when choosing the best rooms and angles to photograph. In the absence of your input, we will use our best judgment and experience to decide how best to photograph the property and the resulting images will be deemed acceptable. This includes determining subtle details such as whether lights will be on or off, blinds open or closed, etc.
PAYMENT Payment is due proper to the shoot date with all fees detailed. Payment is accepted via all major credit cards. Payment is due at the time of final delivery of all media assets, unless a prior arrangement has been accepted prior by both parties.
